OpenYield is looking for a high-caliber college student to join us for a summer internship focused on fintech / fixed income capital markets.

This is a general internship opportunity for someone who wants meaningful startup experience, exposure to capital markets, and the chance to work closely with a small team building modern infrastructure for fixed income trading.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in how markets, technology, and business strategy intersect. Prior fixed income experience is not required, but a genuine interest in finance and capital markets is important.

Interns may support projects across:

• Market research and competitive analysis
• Business development and customer research
• Marketing, content, and communications
• Data analysis and reporting
• Fixed income market structure research
• Product and customer workflow analysis
• Internal operations and special project

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, learn quickly, communicate clearly, and contribute real work in a fast-moving startup environment.

This internship may be eligible for college credit, depending on your school’s requirements.
